Hello all I met up with an agency through a mutual friend. I was asked where would I like to see me self in one year. I said earning around £2000 - £2500 per month. I’m ambitious but realistic. The person I was talking to gave me the impression that they thought this was a little amount.

Looking for someone or an agency who can manage our display stands/units at upcoming exhibitions. We have recently had manufactured our product and had planned on attending several exhibtions during this summer, however in February this was called off due to concerns relating to Covid-19. We have temporarily delayed launching our product but with recent relaxations on lockdown rules we may be looking at demonstrating our product at several major exhibitions during October/November for Christmas sales. We will be renting a place in several exhibitions/trade shows etc.

It seems every other person my age at college has expensive phone, high end laptop, nice clothes etc. I have an old dated phone and a cheap laptop. I’m at college and desperate for work. I’m not lazy or unskilled. I do all my college work and find the lessons easy but I have no idea how to get a job. I have no experience and hardly anything to put on a CV.

I’m a qualified/experience joiner and work my day job for a construction company. In my spare time I sell furniture online. I had a custom order, they wanted some wood cut to a specific size. We agreed and they paid through paypal. I dropped the wood off to a drop off point which I thought was their office or something but could just be a collection point. A few weeks later they contact and say I haven’t cut it to the right size and want a refund. I know I had cut it to the right size as I measured, but anyway I said if they tell me the incorrect part I will replace it.
