Based in West Sussex. Looking for an architect for a property extension.
Hi My friend recommended this website to me. I work in construction and looking to connect with anybody who is in the property development sector. For now I am looking to continue working my current day job but in the future would like to have my own business in the property development industry so looking to get insights or just have discussions with people who can relate. Thanks

Hi, I am self employed working in the carpentry industry. Shortly after lockdown began, I carried on some of my works using my garage as a small workshop, previously I carried out works in the clients workshop. Now it has been close to 3 months that I have been working in my garage. It’s to the point now that my garage is majority work equipment and material. It’s actually not that bad, and wouldn’t mind carry on working here if I had to. I am now no longer using my garage for personal use. If I keep it like this does it affect my tax, can I claim anything back?

If you would like more information on how this strategy works and how we are guaranteed rental payments every month then please do not hesitate to get in touch with us I will happily provide you with the details you require.

Hi. I have been running a small decorating company for a long while and usually generate revenue in the £10,000s each month. I've just been approached by a client and they want to offer a large project, more than all the work I get from all my clients at the moment but they only want to put a deposit to start and pay the rest on completion. As I usually deal with smaller clients I usually receive all or the majority of the payment upfront.
Hi, I am new to importing so would like some advice on whether or not I should be buying my equipment internationally and what I should be looking out for. At the start of the year we was set to fit out our new facilities. It’s just a shell at the moment. We got some quotes on fitting new equipment throughout the premises, supply and installation. Due to the current situations we had to put a hold on the fit out so did not proceed with any of the quotes.
